My view on
We don't do yoga, yoga is a state to be.
Yoga is not about mastering any advanced yoga poses, it's about living in the here and now. To live a balanced life, through practicing self discipline and living healthy and consciously. To be present. To breathe. To live in union.
Yoga is a continuing, never ending study on life and yourself.
Everyone can be yoga, it´s never too late to start.
What to expect
In my classes it's all about you! It's your practice. It's your time. I will guide you mindfully and safely through your practice.
I love to share my passion for yoga.

My Yoga Journey
I'm Sara, born in Germany, a mom, better half, both; yoga student and teacher, based on the beautiful northern beaches of Sydney.
I have always been very enthusiastic about sports and physical activities. Living a healthy and balanced life has always been of interest to me.
With dancing classical ballet for more than 20 years and being a medicaI massage therapist as my background, I was looking for something more. Something that brings everything together - body, mind, soul and spirit. In 2008, I found my passion for yoga starting with a Hatha yoga teacher training. Straight away I began to teach, sharing what I have learned.
As I moved to Sydney in 2015, I discovered for the first time Vinyasa yoga and fell in love with it. I continued my yoga journey with further teacher training.
In July 2017, I gave birth to my beautiful daughter Leia. I’ve taught and practiced yoga throughout my entire pregnancy. This gives me the best experience and knowledge to work with pregnant women.
Especially as a mom, it is important for me to share my passion for yoga also with the little ones. I completed my kids yoga teacher training with Karma Kids in 2018.
Yoga is for me a way of life. Even if we don’t consider yoga as our way, I believe it has so many different parts and we can draw great benefits from each single one.
WHAT PEOPLE SAY ABOUT ME
I had the privilege of having Sara assist my classes for several months after she completed her Art of Assisting training at BodyMindLife. She has a naturally calming and grounding presence that helped students drop in and me feel supported. She moves around the space with grace and quiet composure, assisting with tenderness and compassion. It was a joy to have her in class and would welcome her back any time.
Lara Zilibowitz, BodyMindLife, Sydney
Sara was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her calm nature appealed to students created a consistent following. Sara brings much experience to her teaching providing a varied and challenging yet achievable practice for her students. Teaching throughout her pregnancy gives Sara the experience and knowledge to work with Pre and Post natal women providing appropriate modifications as necessary. I highly recommend Sara as a yoga teacher.
Petra Koenig, The Studio, Rozelle
Sara is a committed and generous teacher, towards both students and the studio/teacher community
Tamara Ogilvie, Yogala, Maroubra
I hadn't really been into yoga before I started taking Saras classes. Her positive, ambitious and inspiring attitude helped me to find my own inner balance and strength whilst practicing. I've completely fallen in love with yoga and Saras way of teaching.
Anna, yoga student
Sara always was, as a student, and has been, as my colleague, a pleasant, endearing and open person. She is extremely reliable, respectable, conscientious and dedicated.
