SUP Yoga

You want to bring your Yoga practice on the water, for a different challenge? Just want to have fun or simply enjoy the nature from another view? Then book a SUP Yoga session right here!

SUP Yoga is a great way to connect to nature, to the elements water and air. Yoga on a SUP is totally different to the yoga practice in a studio.

No experience in Yoga or SUP paddling necessary!

Every session starts with a short overview of paddle technique and basics!

Duration 90 min, including 15 min paddling before and after the 60 min SUP Yoga flow.

My view on

Yoga

We don't do yoga, yoga is a state to be.

Yoga is not about mastering any advanced yoga poses, it's about living in the here and now. To live a balanced life, through practicing self discipline and living healthy and consciously. To be present. To breathe. To live in union.

Yoga is a continuing, never ending study on life and yourself.

Everyone can be yoga, it´s never too late to start.

My Yoga Journey

About me

Namaste, 

I'm Sara, born in Germany, a mom, better half, both; yoga student and teacher, based on the beautiful northern beaches of Sydney.

I have always been very enthusiastic about sports and physical activities. Living a healthy and balanced life has always been of interest to me.

With dancing classical ballet for more than 20 years and being a medicaI massage therapist as my background, I was looking for something more. Something that brings everything together - body, mind, soul and spirit. In 2008, I found my passion for yoga starting with a Hatha yoga teacher training. Straight away I began to teach, sharing what I have learned.

As I moved to Sydney in 2015, I discovered for the first time Vinyasa yoga and fell in love with it. I continued my yoga journey with further teacher training.

In July 2017, I gave birth to my beautiful daughter Leia. I’ve taught and practiced yoga throughout my entire pregnancy. This gives me the best experience and knowledge to work with pregnant women.

Especially as a mom, it is important for me to share my passion for yoga also with the little ones. I completed my kids yoga teacher training with Karma Kids in 2018.

Yoga is for me a way of life. Even if we don’t consider yoga as our way, I believe it has so many different parts and we can draw great benefits from each single one.
